Position Summary Provides member service and maintains checkout area. Resolves member issues, promotes Sam’s Club products, and supports members through self‑service technology. Processes purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies for all membership and payment types. Keeps a safe, organized shopping environment and follows safety, security, and emergency response procedures.
