Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of conditions to restore mobility and function
• Develop personalized treatment plans and track progress toward goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Educate patients and families on exercises and injury prevention
• Document patient care thoroughly in accordance with facility standards

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire or eligibility to obtain
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a PT in a clinical setting
• BLS certification from AHA required
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient care

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctorate or Master's degree)

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in evaluating and treating orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric conditions
• Proficient with electronic medical records and documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Excellent problem-solving and patient education abilities
