Platform Architect

What You’ll Do• Architect, build, and optimize cloud platform solutions across AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud environments.• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation frameworks using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.• Working with application teams to define CI/CD pipelines from scratch.• Build observability, security controls, and platform governance best practices.• Collaborate with application, security, and architecture teams to improve developer experience and accelerate software delivery.• Lead cloud modernization and platform transformation initiatives for enterprise clients.• Mentor engineering teams on DevOps, SRE, cloud-native, and platform engineering best practices.What You’ll Bring• Experience designing and operating enterprise-scale cloud platforms in AWS, Azure, or GCP.• Strong background in DevOps, Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, CI/CD, containerization, and Kubernetes.• Proficiency with scripting and automation using Python language• Knowledge of cloud security, networking, monitoring, reliability engineering, and governance frameworks.• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineering and business stakeholders• Experience using GenAI tools to accelerate your work. • Consulting mindset with strong problem-solving, collaboration, and client engagement skillsAbout UsSlalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. The targeted base salary pay range for Principal is $145,000 to $200,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
