Automotive Technician
Auto Mechanic | Automotive Service Technician | VW Technician

We're seeking an Automotive Technician who is motivated, dependable, and committed to delivering quality repairs and exceptional customer service.

Compensation
Experienced Automotive Technicians can earn up to $35.00 per Flat Rate Hour based on experience, certifications, diagnostic ability, and productivity.
- Earn $15.00 - $35.00 per Flat Rate Hour
- Unlimited earning potential based on productivity and skill level

What You'll Do
- Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Complete repairs efficiently and accurately
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership processes
- Maintain detailed repair documentation
- Work collaboratively with service advisors and technicians
- Ensure vehicles meet safety and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We're Looking For
- Automotive dealership experience preferred
- Automotive Technology education or training preferred
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
