We are looking for talented, passionate clinicians to make a real difference in the recovery community. Behavioral Health Technicians for our newest in-patient rehab in Ft. Collins, CO. Hours: First shift, 7am-3pm What You’ll Do Manage all daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications, etc.) Train and support the BHT team in all operations and responsibilities Escalate any concerns or crises to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment Ensure client and BHT compliance with all Avenues rules, policies and procedures What We’re Looking For High School diploma or GED preferred Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety required Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Warm, empathetic personality with the ability to set firm boundaries Dignified, honest character that models recovery principles Why Join Us?
