Through hands-on training, mentorship, and a culture of internal promotion, we empower you to reach your full potential and contribute to projects that truly matter.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a CNC Programmer located in Dallas, Texas.Reporting to the Operations Manager, the CNC Programmer is responsible for program development, design interpretation, machine set ups, trouble shooting and quality control.Work environment: Manufacturing SettingShift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PMWhat a typical day looks like:Create and edit CNC programs for machining parts and components using AP100 and VPSSRi systems.Interpret design specifications, blueprints, and CAD models to develop CNC programs.Set up and test CNC machines to ensure accurate and efficient production.Identify and resolve programming and machining issues.Ensure machined parts meet quality and precision standards.The experience we're looking to add to our team:High School Diploma or equivalent2-3 years experience as a CNC programmer or machinist with AP100 and VPSSRi systemsProficiency in CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code) and CAD/CAM software, with experience in AP100 and VPSSRi systemsCertifications in CNC programming or machiningFamiliarity with specific CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD)Understanding of machining processes, tools, and materialsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsEffective communication skills for collaborating with design teams and production staffPhysical Requirements:Must wear PPE, such as gloves, safety glasses, hard hat, and ear protection, while working on the production floorWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:Full range of medical, dental, and vision plansLife InsuranceShort-term and Long-term DisabilityMatching 401(k) ContributionsVacation and Paid Sick TimeTuition Reimbursement
