North Dakota Licensed RN

To support a growing Urology Clinic, the full-time North Dakota Licensed RN will respond to patient inquiries, assess concerns, and collaborate with healthcare providers while working remotely after an initial in-clinic orientation. Key responsibilities Respond to patient phone calls and electronic messages regarding Urology concerns and follow-up care Assess patient needs and provide appropriate information, recommendations, or instructions according to clinic protocols Document all patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) and collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate care plans Required qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred, with a Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred One year of healthcare experience preferred Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in North Dakota or multistate licensure if applicable Ability to complete all licensing requirements within the first 30 days of employment Must maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications
