Operations Specialist

About the Role We are looking for an Operations Specialist to lead the teller line, manage operations tasks, and provide excellent customer service in a community bank environment. Responsibilities Ensure all operations tasks are completed and the banking center is compliant. Provide friendly and accurate financial transactions to customers, including receiving deposits, cash checks, and issuing withdrawals. Record deposits and other transactions accurately. Lead and assist a team of tellers with their operational duties. Take responsibility for managing the vault. Serve as the face of the bank, building strong customer relationships and delivering the best banking experience. Qualified Candidates Current or former teller experience or cash‑handling experience. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records. Strong customer‑service orientation and the ability to assist a variety of customers face‑to‑face. Ability to complete tasks diligently and ensure everything is in its place. Motivation to work in an organization that invests in its employees and offers ongoing training.
