Benefits Analyst

Supporting the governance and operational execution of health and welfare benefits, the full-time Benefits Analyst will manage compliance activities, data analytics, and vendor administration while working remotely. Key responsibilities Maintain compliance documentation and coordinate deliverables such as Form 5500 filings and ACA reporting Identify trends and insights through data analytics to inform benefits recommendations and program improvements Track benefits program expenses and support vendor governance activities to ensure budget discipline and financial visibility Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration or related HR analytical roles Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, and V-lookups Familiarity with benefits audits and compliance filings Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
