Hi, we're Kapture Pest Control the fastest-growing commercial pest control company in North Jersey. We protect warehouses, manufacturers, logistics hubs, and food facilities from pest problems that can shut a business down. Our reputation is built on performance, and our growth has landed us on the Inc. 5000 list with over 1,000 five-star Google reviews. We're expanding our outside sales team growing from 9 to 11 reps and looking for driven professionals who want more than just a job. You don't need pest control experience. What matters is follow-through, hunger, and the ability to handle your day without being told what to do. If you've sold anything before especially to small businesses you'll be off to a fast start. If not, we'll train you to get there. This is outbound B2B sales not residential, and not door-to-door. You'll walk into businesses, build relationships, and close recurring revenue contracts that create long-term value. It's high-trust, high-reward sales. We don't just offer a paycheck we offer a path. Our top reps make a real impact as we grow, earn big rewards, and play a real role in building the company. What you'll be doing:
- Build your pipeline by identifying and signing new commercial clients
- Generate your own leads and set your own appointments
- Follow up, follow through, and close
- Learn how our services solve high-stakes problems for businesses
- Own your calendar and your territory
- Collaborate with a team that pushes and supports each other
Compensation & Benefits:
- $110K+ on-target earnings (W2)
- $50K base + uncapped commissions paid monthly
- Sole territory (Essex or Middlesex County)
- Health insurance reimbursement
- Company vehicle, gas card, and EZ Pass (after hitting milestones)
- Company tablet + phone with data
- Paid time off starting immediately
- Quarterly bonus for consistent performance

- Sales experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills, grit, and a bias for action
