Contract | Days | Monday–Friday | 4 x 9-hour shifts and 1 half-day (40 hours/week) | No Call

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions
• Meet department objectives while delivering high-quality patient care
• Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if license was obtained on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent
• Active Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum of 2–3 years of Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Prior experience with EPIC electronic health records is a bonus
