We're currently looking for a PCU Registered Nurse for a Hospital contract.Job Title: PCU Registered Nurse Location: Baltimore, MD Setting: Hospital Pay Range: 1849.45 - 1941.92 Schedule: 19:00 - 07:30 (Night) Contract Length: 13 weeks Candidate Type: Traveler Requirements: 2 Years Minimum Experience; Must have 1 prior travel assignment; ACLS/BLS certification; Knowledge of Cerner, Telemetry, Cardiac Telemetry, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown; Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias; Post MI, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, Feeding tube care, Hemodialysis management, Port accessing, Blood products, Central line care, Phlebotomy, Peripheral line care, PICC line management, Heparin protocols, CVA, Chest tubes, External CPAP/BIPAP, High flow nasal cannula, ABGs interpretation, Oxygen masks and tanks, Non-invasive airway management, Tracheostomy care, Isolation precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac. Responsibilities:Provide specialized nursing care for patients in the PCU setting with congestive heart failure and other cardiac conditions.Monitor and interpret telemetry data, managing dysrhythmias and post-procedure care.Collaborate with healthcare team to implement treatment plans and manage complex medical equipment.Ensure patient safety and comfort, including wound and airway management, and medication administration.Adhere to hospital protocols and safety regulations, including float requirements and infection control measures.Why Choose VyTalent Solutions?
