Job Title: Senior Electronics Hardware Engineer



Location: Fremont, CA



Duration: 3+ Months

We are seeking a highly experienced Electronics Hardware Engineer with 15 20 years of experience in PCBA troubleshooting, reverse engineering, board-level diagnostics, and repair .

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot defective PCBAs, with or without design documentation.
• Perform board-level reverse engineering and develop repair strategies.
• Create repair plans, timelines, and technical dependencies.
• Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and other PCB troubleshooting equipment.
• Troubleshoot power supplies and electrical systems.
• Work independently with minimal guidance and deliver projects on schedule.
• Collaborate effectively with both junior and senior engineers and communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Travel internationally, primarily to Singapore and China , for escalations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 15 20 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong PCBA design analysis, reverse engineering, troubleshooting, and repair experience.
• Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers .
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally for escalations.
