Physician OBGYN

For our client, we are seeking a Physician OBGYN to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a healthcare environment. Location: White Plains, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $200,000 – $300,000 annually Responsibilities Provide care to patients, ensuring continuity in assessment and treatment Collaborate with hospital administrators on budget and strategic planning Supervise and evaluate the practice location's staff as needed Contribute to the recruitment efforts for additional healthcare providers Engage in utilization management and quality improvement projects Participate in community benefit programs and educational activities Provide on‑call coverage for patient care issues as necessary Qualifications MD or DO degree with board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology Valid medical license in New York State Strong clinical experience in managing OBGYN patient care Ability to collaborate with healthcare administrators and staff Experience in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives Benefits Professional development and training opportunities Participation in hospital-wide committees and initiatives Opportunities for community engagement and outreach Support for work‑life balance with after‑hours coverage arrangements Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
