Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions for tailored treatment plans.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and other regulatory standards to protect client information.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic care.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer reviews to enhance the quality of care, share best practices, and improve treatment outcomes.

• Educate and support clients and their families by providing information about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license in the state of California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy techniques tailored to individual client needs, facilitating effective therapeutic relationships.
