Job Title Account Manager - Parking Operations Job Details Salary Range: $67,000-$70,000 plus incentive bonus potential up to 15% of salary. Work Modality: On Location. Schedule: Full-time. Location: White Plains, NY. Responsibilities Develop and train supervisors and line‑level employees. Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses. Develop and maintain strong client relations and attend client meetings. Assist supervisors in handling customer complaints and day‑to‑day operational issues. Manage and submit employee, operations, and payroll reports. Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction. Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals. Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and those of our client. Respond to operational issues when needed (sometimes after normal business hours). Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards for both our organization and our client. A comprehensive understanding of finance and budgeting is a plus. Qualifications / Ideal Experience Experience in parking operations, self‑parking, and valet services, with a hospitality focus preferred. Progressive management experience with front‑line team oversight. Experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is helpful but not required. Skills & Abilities Motivated, with management experience in the parking, customer service, or hospitality industries. Roll‑up‑the‑sleeves, organized, honest, and thoughtful. Trustworthy, loyal, dependable. Self‑sufficient, resourceful, decisive. View challenges as opportunities, looking for growth. Flexible schedule (weekends/holidays may be required). Excellent conversational and written communication skills. Exceptional people skills and ability to achieve extraordinary results.
