Job Description This position provides client service support to multiple Financial Advisors, ensuring operational excellence and client advocacy within their business. The role serves as the primary point of contact for addressing all service needs of client relationships and supporting team activities. Responsibilities Provide excellent client service by educating clients on the firm’s offerings and banking products. Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of client materials and follow up on all client and advisor requests. Assist in aligning practices with the firm’s policies and procedures to support operational excellence and risk management. Identify, deepen, and maintain client relationships by promoting the firm’s offerings and encouraging the incorporation of banking solutions into day‑to‑day practices. Support day‑to‑day team activities, including covering roles during absences or seasonal increases, with a client‑first mindset. Required Qualifications Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results. Demonstrates a client‑centric mindset, always acting in the best interest of the client. Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms. Desired Qualifications Currently holds or is pursuing FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and/or Series 66 (63 and 65 accepted in lieu of 66). Possesses industry knowledge and understanding of investment products. Experience working with clients, quickly fulfilling their needs, delivering complex solutions, and providing an excellent client experience. Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with changing and evolving responsibilities. Detail oriented. Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Exhibits sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information. Strong computer application skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce. Professional verbal and written communication skills.
