Oracle is seeking a Senior Manager, Operational Oversight and Governance – Power to lead the centralized operational governance function within the power operations organization. This is an M3-level leadership role responsible for building, implementing, and sustaining the framework that supports operational reliability, consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across the fleet.

The Senior Manager will lead a team focused on operational oversight activities including centralized preventive maintenance planning and scheduling, SharePoint and document management, corrective action management, safety and environmental governance, procedures management, project coordination, KPI reporting, continuous improvement, and CMMS implementation. This role will serve as a key partner to operations, engineering, maintenance, safety, environmental, and leadership teams to ensure disciplined execution and strong operational control.

The ideal candidate brings deep utility industry experience , strong operational judgment, and the ability to create scalable systems and governance processes that drive reliability and performance across a complex fleet consisting of both power generation and grid-tied sites.
