Key Requirements:

• Current North Carolina SLP License
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year eligibility (SLP-CFY)
• Experience working in school-based settings (elementary caseload preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other school professionals
• Passion for fostering speech and language growth in children

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver direct therapy services
• Track and document student progress, adjusting therapy approaches as needed
• Consult with teachers and parents to support students’ educational plans
• Provide guidance to instructional staff on strategies for effective classroom integration
