Finance Associate

Ambitious and driven, the full-time remote Finance Associate will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial modeling while supporting treasury and M&A activities in a fast-growing company. Key responsibilities Support the annual budget process and maintain the consolidated operating model for revenue, opex, capex, and headcount planning Prepare monthly and quarterly budget-vs-actual analyses and build reporting packages for finance leadership and external stakeholders Build and maintain financial models for M&A evaluation and capital planning, assisting with due diligence and analysis for acquisitions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or transaction advisory Strong financial modeling skills, including three-statement modeling and driver-based forecasting Advanced Excel and analytical skills; experience with AI tools is a plus Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, collaborative environment
