MR Fusion Specialist/MRI Technologist/Ultrasound Technologist United Medical Systems, Fredericksburg, Virginia, United States — Full-Time Overview MR Fusion Specialist/MRI Technologist/Ultrasound Technologist position for a mobile imaging services provider. The role supports MR Fusion Prostate Biopsy procedures by delivering the MR Fusion device and providing technical/clinical assistance to Urologists. Travel to assigned hospitals within the region is required. Responsibilities Communicate with Urology offices to confirm upcoming schedules Obtain MRI mappings from Radiology teams (can be done remotely via the Cloud) Travel to facilities to deliver the equipment prior to the day of procedures Provide technical and clinical support to Urologists during procedures This position does not involve performing MRI scans but it involves assisting the Urologist in fusing the MRI Mapping to the live Ultrasound capture and navigating in a 3D environment with the Fusion device.
