Plant Supervisor – Direct Hire Opportunity

Location: Laceyville, PA

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Salary: $60,000–$65,000/year

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Plant Supervisor to join a growing manufacturing team in Laceyville, PA. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong floor presence, team leadership, and the ability to optimize workflow while maintaining a productive and positive culture. The ideal candidate will enjoy working closely with both people and products while driving operational efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production floor operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are met
• Lead, motivate, and supervise production staff in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Execute production plans while optimizing the use of materials, machinery, and labor resources
• Monitor production schedules and ensure customer shipments are completed accurately and on time
• Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Coordinate workflow and staffing to maintain smooth plant operations
• Assist with production reporting and help streamline electronic recordkeeping processes
• Partner with management to evaluate, purchase, and maintain production equipment
• Train employees on proper equipment use and operational procedures
• Conduct employee evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary
• Promote a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and overall plant performance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with employees at all levels
