ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Life Insurance Sales Specialist with Sunshine Newton State Farm Agency , you will help individuals and families protect the people and financial futures that matter most to them. We are looking for an experienced life insurance professional with a proven ability to uncover needs, lead meaningful conversations, overcome objections, and close business. The ideal candidate is confident, motivated, and relationship-focused. You understand that successful life insurance sales are built on trust and know how to guide customers toward the right protection without relying on high-pressure sales tactics. You will work with existing agency customers and new prospects while managing your pipeline, following up consistently, and taking ownership of your results. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct needs-based life insurance conversations with customers and prospects. Identify protection gaps and recommend appropriate solutions. Confidently guide customers from initial conversation through application. Follow up consistently and manage an active sales pipeline. Overcome objections and confidently ask for the business. Build relationships that generate referrals and additional opportunities. Consistently meet or exceed life insurance production goals. Collaborate with the agency team to identify opportunities to better protect customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven success selling life insurance strongly preferred. Strong consultative sales and closing skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, competitive, and accountable. Strong follow-up and pipeline-management skills. Ability to achieve sales results while maintaining a customer-first approach. Appropriate insurance licensing required for licensed activities.
