Operating Room Surgical Technologist (CST)

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our dynamic surgical team. This is a day shift position within a fast-paced environment providing supportive care in the Operating Room.

Position Information

Role: CST
Department: Operating Room
Shifts: Days (7a-7p) with potential for evening and night shifts
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Weekend Requirements: 1:4 weekends, 12-hour shifts
Call Requirements: Overnight call for Trauma, with additional scheduling for specialty teams
Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years

Education & Certifications Required

Certification: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required

Unit Information

Number of Beds: 26
Patient Ratios: 1:1
Equipment Used: Storz, Stryker, Olympus, Intuitive Robot
EMR System: Epic

Hiring Profile

Required Skills and Experience: Level 1 trauma experience is essential
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- General, GU/GYN
- Ortho trauma and joints
- Neurosurgery, ENT
- Pediatrics, Plastics
- Endovascular
Personality Fit: Candidates should be flexible, accountable, timely, and a team player

Dress Code

Scrub Color: Teal scrubs provided by the facility
