We are seeking a part-time Radiologic (X-Ray) Technologist to join our outpatient orthopaedic team. This position offers a predictable daytime schedule with no nights, no call, and no holidays allowing you to focus on patient care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Position Highlights

- Monday Friday schedule (occasional coverage of walk-in clinic on Saturday/Sunday)
- Outpatient orthopaedic setting

Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray imaging for orthopaedic patients
- Position patients properly for musculoskeletal imaging studies
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures
- Maintain compliance with radiation safety protocols
- Work closely with physicians and clinical staff to support patient care
- Maintain accurate imaging records within the electronic medical record system
- Assist with clinic workflow and patient preparation as needed
- Communicate effectively with immediate coworkers as well as those throughout the clinic.

Qualifications
Required
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification required.
- Valid, unrestricted Wisconsin Radiographer license (with no limitations, stipulations, or
- pending adverse actions).
- Completed AMA-approved, radiologic technology training (2 year minimum) or associate or bachelors degree in radiologic technology or a related field.
- Current CPR/AED certification.
Preferred
- Experience as an x-ray technologist, preferably in an orthopedic or hospital setting.
- Proficient in operating x-ray equipment and related technology.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, particularly the musculoskeletal system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to safely lift and position patients for imaging procedures.
- Familiar with electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as EPIC
- Competence in using imaging software such as PACS.
