Our agency has proudly served the Fairfield, CT community for over 18 years, backed by a family legacy of State Farm agents dating back to the 1960s. As a second-generation agent and longtime Fairfield resident, I take pride in building strong relationships and supporting the community we call home.

I earned my B.S. from Baruch College and pursued graduate studies at Marlboro College. Throughout my career, I’ve been recognized with honors such as Legion of Honor and Ambassador Travel, and I’m an active member of the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Colleen Tighe - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
