Roofing Project Manager

Job description: Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing commercial construction projects in the low-slope roofing category including sheet metal installation and masonry restoration (as needed) by the scope of the contract. Qualifications: QualificationsCollege degree - STEM degree preferred5-10 years of Project Management experience at roofing subcontractor(s)Experience processing submittals, RFI's, change orders, and material ordersStrong subcontracting background working with top tier General Contractors (Whiting Turner, Clark, Hitt, JMA, Davis, etc). Experience producing submittals, pricing/estimating change orders, planning and scheduling work and some roofing/waterproofing or building envelope experience.
