Express Employment Professionals is hiring Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in the Wilmington area. If you have production experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Job Duties:
✔ Set up and operate manufacturing equipment
✔ Monitor machine performance
✔ Measure and inspect finished products
✔ Load materials and maintain production flow
✔ Follow all safety procedures

Qualifications:
• Previous machine operation experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Dependable and team-oriented
