Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Motion Well, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients by consulting on their physical conditions and symptoms to establish baseline data.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunctions while developing individualized treatment plans informed by evidence-based practices.
• Educating patients on therapeutic exercise techniques that enhance recovery and inhibit further injuries.
• Utilizing manual therapy techniques, such as stimulating massage, to promote healing and pain relief.
• Guiding patients in the effective use of mobility assistance devices, including wheelchairs and walkers.
• Documenting patient progress meticulously and adjusting treatment plans according to evolving patient needs and goals.
• Engaging with patients and their families to provide guidance on in-home treatment options and self-management exercises.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapy services cater to a diverse group of patients, ranging from children to seniors, who present with a wide array of diagnoses such as orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain issues. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy.

• Proficient computer skills including familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and basic word processing applications.
• A proactive and adaptable attitude, able to respond to the diverse needs of our patient population.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred, we are open to candidates recently graduated from physical therapy programs who are passionate about learning and growth. New graduates will receive mentorship and guidance from our experienced team members to help cultivate their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise in the field.
