Organization & Integration Support Specialist (ACC IDS) Hampton Roads, VA Position Summary The Kenjya-Trusant Group, LLC is seeking an Organizational & Integration Support professional to support a customer in Hampton Roads, VA. The role primarily supports the USAF mission by refining and maintaining cyber mission assurance concepts, executing cybersecurity initiatives, coordinating policy and guidance development, and advising government staff. Responsibilities Refine and mature cyber mission assurance operating concept constructs and interfaces to support mission sets. Support and execute United States Air Force Forces Cybersecurity in support of Mission Assurance implementation and operations. Develop, review, and coordinate cyberspace operations instructions, technical orders, policy, guidance, and tactical manuals. Prepare cybersecurity plans for Mission Assurance staff taskings, CONOPs, CONEMPs, enabling concepts, roadmaps, contingency plans, and TTPs. Evaluate and modify policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements and program effectiveness. Analyze cyberspace policies and government regulations to develop or revise policies, plans, and programs. Analyze statistical data and reports to identify problem causes and recommend improvements to organizational policies and practices. Consult with and provide expert advice to government staff on cybersecurity policy and program issues; represent the government at relevant meetings. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Required Qualifications U.S. Citizenship required. Bachelor’s Degree required. Minimum two (2) years of experience with USG principles, methodologies, and approaches in developing, operating, managing, and maintaining services that support the CDOC, CDCC, and MDTs. Security Clearance: TS/SCI required. Pay Range The proposed salary range for this position is $85,000 – $99,000.
