Job Description The .Net Developer will be responsible for building and enhancing our in‑house applications using C# and VC++, including everything from back‑end services to front‑end interfaces. The role involves designing and developing various modules and coordinating with teammates who work on different layers of the applications. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and a high‑quality product is essential. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Translate application user stories and use cases into functional application modules. Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# and VC++ code. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems. Develop new tools/modules that improve clinician productivity and enhance patient care. Enhance analytics software components to support better revenue collection. Stay plugged into emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to deliver efficient operational software solutions. Enhance current iOS and Android applications used by field personnel and physicians, adding new functionalities that improve patient care. Perform data modeling to ensure solutions cover various business and operational scenarios. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience. Knowledge of C# and VC++, with a solid understanding of their ecosystems. Familiarity with the .NET framework. Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming. Skill for writing reusable libraries and clear, readable code. Familiarity with various design and architectural patterns (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or MySQL. Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications. Ability to create database schemas that support business processes. Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (CVS, VSS, or TFS). EMR and Claims knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
