Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Base salary with commission potential after a route is assigned. Majority of work is a 4‑day workweek with no nights or weekends. Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives are also available. Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Skills and Qualifications Qualified to operate a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Must have an active driver’s license, be at least 21 years old, obtain a DOT medical certification, and provide documentation of prior employment. All requirements must be met prior to the first day of employment. The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. A high school diploma, GED or military service. Strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and teamwork to meet goals. A positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit. Compensation A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 and $90,000 per year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions. The range reflects factors such as skill set, experience, training, performance, and business needs.
