Data Science Manager

Managing a data science team remotely, the full-time salaried Data Science Manager will lead projects focused on personalization and recommendation systems, collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive data-driven decision-making and improve business metrics. Key responsibilities Attract, develop, and manage data scientists while overseeing end-to-end data science projects Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to leverage data insights for decision-making and goal setting Design and deploy machine learning models to enhance personalized experiences across digital channels Required qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field 5+ years of progressively complex data science experience (or 2+ years with a Master's degree) 2+ years of managerial or leadership experience in data science or analytics Expertise in machine learning algorithms and modern analytics tools, including Python, R, and SQL Experience with personalization and recommendation systems at scale
