Job Responsibilities

Collect payment on Parts and Service invoices

Receipt cash/check payments

Process credit card payments/refunds

Enter payment information to close invoices

Run and reconcile reports for daily deposits

Answer incoming calls from switchboard

Always be courteous and helpful to customers and fellow employees

Other office duties as needed or requested

Job Requirements

High school diploma

Excellent communication skills

Strong knowledge of math/accounting preferred

Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local/law regulations

18 years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
