Rather have someone from the private sector that has a more diverse background**Oracle Developer The developer duties include interacting with the functional, technical and management community to assess functional requirements, assist with product design/configuration, develop technical solutions as needed for problems that arise or enhancements, test and debug code changes, and assure all modifications are properly documented and migrated from development to test to production environments.
