Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching certification (Early Childhood focus preferred)
• Proven ability to develop and implement IEPs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with both remote and in-person learning environments
• Exceptional organizational abilities to balance paperwork, meetings, and instructional duties

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct special education services and assessments in person, supporting student growth and development
• Collaborate with parents, school staff, and multidisciplinary teams to develop, monitor, and update IEPs
• Maintain compliance with all required documentation, utilizing hybrid flexibility for paperwork and IEP meetings
• Deliver instruction tailored to each student’s needs, strengths, and learning styles
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment across three supportive school sites
