Resolve Guest Complaints Professionally and Efficiently. Seek Opportunities to Provide 2nd Mile Service. Inspire Unforgettable Moments. Team Collaboration & Adherence Honor and Encourage Others to Follow the Vision and Values of the Restaurant. Be Team-Oriented, Adaptable, Dependable, with a Strong Work Ethic. Adhere to Chick-fil-A Rules and Dress Code at All Times. Operational Efficiency Multitask Quickly, Yet Thoroughly. Work on Their Feet for Several Hours at a Time. Dining Area Maintenance Maintain a Clean and Organized Dining Area via Sweeping, Mopping, and Wiping Down Tables. Refresh Beverages, Clear Tables, and Serve Food.
