Qualifications:

• Active special education teaching certification (PreK preferred, but elementary accepted)
• Experience with a range of disabilities (ID, OHI, EBD, Specific LD, behavioral needs)
• Strong classroom management and collaboration skills
• Ability to work onsite full-time, Monday–Thursday, 7:30am–4:00pm
• Dedication to individualized student support

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 10–11 students with varied disabilities
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with paraprofessionals, therapists, and administrators
• Adapt teaching strategies for high behavioral students
