Procurement Manager

Our client, a consumer goods manufacturing company, is seeking a Procurement Manager to join their team. As a Procurement Manager, you will be part of the Source-to-Pay organization supporting internal stakeholders and supplier partners. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, relationship management skills, and strong analytical skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Saint Bernard, OH
Pay Range : $39.70/hr

What’s the Job?

• Lead and execute Source-to-Pay processes, including sourcing recommendations, contracts, pricing, procurement, payments, analysis, and governance.
• Own the definition and execution of sourcing, procurement, and payment strategies and tactics.
• Manage supplier relationships and effectively engage internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate end-to-end contract execution, from sourcing recommendations through supplier payments.
• Utilize technical solutions to improve process effectiveness and efficiency while ensuring supply assurance, value creation, and policy compliance.

What’s Needed?

• Experience with Source-to-Pay processes, including sourcing, procurement, contracts, pricing, and payments.
• Knowledge of policies, stewardship, compliance, controls, master data processes, and technical systems.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and leadership skills.
• Advanced analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, demonstrate integrative thinking, and drive regional and/or global business results.
