Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.95 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 08:00 PM - 04:00 AM Tue 08:00 PM - 04:00 AM Wed 08:00 PM - 04:00 AM Thur 08:00 PM - 04:00 AM Fri 08:00 PM - 04:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service at a healthcare facility front desk by greeting visitors, patients, and staff and providing directions or general information. Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor credentials as required by site-specific policies, and maintain visitor logs or sign-in records. Respond to security-related incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established procedures. Communicate with facility personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns, unusual activity, and access-control issues. Maintain a professional front desk presence while supporting site-specific policies, emergency response activities, and customer service expectations. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
