Summary: The Digital Business Data Analyst is responsible for capturing, analyzing, and visualizing digitalchannel performance to support Five Guys’ marketing and business objectives. This role leads thedevelopment of dashboards and insights using tools like Power BI along with consolidating data from multiple3rd party vendor sources. The analyst will leverage the latest AI-driven tools and techniques including AI agents to enhance data analysis, automate reporting, and uncover deeper insights, enabling more predictiveand proactive decision-making. They will translate complex, multi-source data into reliable, actionableintelligence that empowers the Digital & Analytics team to inform strategy, optimize marketing spendingacross channels including DSP platforms, loyalty, and CRM, and forecast performance outcomes withconfidence.
