Where We Work Bay City, MI What You’ll Do Depending on your role and experience level, responsibilities may include: Preparing structural drawings, models, and construction documents Supporting design calculations and structural analysis Coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external partners Assisting in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling (role-dependent) Leading project teams and overseeing deliverables (for senior-level roles) Ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and project requirements Job Requirements What We’re Looking For Ideal candidates will bring: Experience in structural engineering (base-building or cold-formed steel design) or related CAD production Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD For engineering roles: a degree in Civil Engineering or related field (EIT/PE preferred for higher-level roles) For senior roles: demonstrated project management and client‑facing experience, as well as staff management What’s In It For You At ADTEK, we’re committed to taking care of our people.
