Part-Time Test Administrator. Job in Bethesda Move Collective Jobs

Part‑Time Test Administrator Location: 4350 East West Highway, Bethesda, MD; temporary role until the end of November 2026. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour , and you will be eligible for accrued paid sick time. Key Responsibilities Ensure secure exam delivery and provide outstanding customer service in a friendly environment. Check in candidates, verify their identification, and clearly explain the exam process. Proctor and monitor candidates during testing to maintain integrity and compliance. Collaborate with internal departments to troubleshoot any technical issues that arise. Perform light housekeeping tasks, including sanitizing equipment and cleaning testing areas after each examination. Complete other assigned duties as needed. Schedule Requirements Available shifts Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 8 PM, including 2 to 3 Saturdays per month. 15 to 20 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours as needed. Schedules will be provided at least two weeks in advance. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required. At least one year of customer service experience preferred. Proctoring or invigilating experience highly desired. Flexibility in work hours and days is essential. Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to sit for extended periods and escort candidates to and from the testing room. Capability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs (with reasonable accommodation). Comfortable in a quiet testing environment with the ability to hear soft voices and see details from a distance.
