Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time

Moraine Court Supportive Living
Bridgeview, IL

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

• 12-hour shifts

• Approximately 3.5 shifts per week

• Every other weekend availability required

About the Role

Moraine Court Supportive Living is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team.

As a CNA, you will provide direct, hands-on support to residents while helping ensure their safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being. You will work closely with our nursing and care teams to provide individualized, resident-centered care in a welcoming senior living environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care

• Support residents with mobility and other daily needs

• Monitor and record vital signs as directed

• Assist with resident care under the direction of the nursing team

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

• Communicate resident needs or changes in condition to the appropriate team member

• Complete accurate and timely documentation

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other members of the community team

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Illinois CNA certification

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer and documentation skills

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in supportive living, assisted living, long-term care, or senior living

• Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
