Bankruptcy and Commercial Litigation Associate

McCarter & English, LLP, a well established and growing law firm, is seeking a talented and driven associate with 2-5 years of experience, a strong academic background, excellent writing skills, and admission to practice in Delaware. The ideal candidate has experience handling litigation and creditors’ rights matters in and out of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Salary range is $170,000-$220,000 annually, depending on level of experience. Candidates must be eager to succeed in a fast‑paced environment that rewards dedication and industriousness.
