Emergency Medicine Physician – Andalusia, AL

- Licensure/Certifications: Medical license in Alabama, DEA, board certification preferred
- Experience: Prior emergency medicine experience preferred, new graduates considered
- Competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00/hour (as listed)
- Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit

- Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable
- Provide urgent and emergent medical care to patients in the emergency department
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute conditions and injuries
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic medical records
- Follow facility protocols and safety procedures
- Manage multiple cases efficiently during shifts, ensuring timely care
- Engage in ongoing professional development and team meetings
- Active medical license in the state of Alabama
- DEA certification, ACLS, BLS required
- Prior emergency medicine experience is preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
