Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support delivery of high-quality rehabilitative care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will carry out treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, and document progress to help patients regain mobility, function, and independence. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team, enjoy strong clinical resources and mentorship, and contribute to a culture that values integrity, respect, open communication, and measurable quality outcomes in senior care.
