Requirements & Skills:
Journeyman electrician card, or proof of completion of an electrical apprenticeship, or 8+ years experience in the electrical trade that can be validated with prior employers via notarized letter.
Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
Must be able to use assigned hand tools, power tools, and torque tools.
Demonstrable knowledge and skills in electrical installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment, and controls (PLCs, drives, etc.).
Strong problem solving, customer service, and multi-tasking skills.
Must have strong and accurate written and verbal communication skills.
Primary Duties Include:
Frequent climbing, walking, kneeling, and standing in indoor and outdoor industrial environments.
The employee must be able to lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Install, repair, and maintain electrical components for industrial equipment, including conduit, wiring, lighting, and heavy‑duty electrical components.
Perform preventative maintenance, including inspections, cleaning, testing, and updating components to prevent failures.
Troubleshoot electrical issues, diagnose system problems, and repair faulty components, circuits, and MCCs.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documents.
Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable safety standards.
Keep accurate records of electrical work and maintain inventory of electrical supplies.
Collaborate with engineers, mechanics, technicians, and other trades to complete projects and repairs.
Utilize electrical testing equipment and apply strong technical troubleshooting skills.
Make decisions based on technical documents and system requirements.
Perform quality testing and inspections to ensure proper operation.
Experienced with 3‑phase electrical systems
