Mineralys Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing medicines to target hypertension and related comorbidities such as chronic kidney disease (CKD), obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and other diseases driven by dysregulated aldosterone. Its initial product candidate, lorundrostat, is a proprietary, orally administered, highly selective aldosterone synthase inhibitor. Mineralys is headquartered in Radnor, Pennsylvania.

Mineralys is seeking a business-minded Contracts Manager to support the contract lifecycle, review routine agreements, coordinate cross-functional approvals, and serve as the primary owner of the company's contracting systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle from request through execution, amendment, renewal, and termination.
• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a broad range of commercial and corporate agreements using approved templates and playbooks.
• Identify non-standard legal, commercial, privacy, compliance, or operational terms and escalate material issues.
• Manage contract intake, status tracking, approval routing, signature coordination, filing, renewals, and key-date administration.
• Coordinate timely reviews and documented approvals across the company.
• Serve as business owner, primary administrator, and subject matter expert for the contract management system, including workflows, templates, metadata, permissions, reporting, repository governance, training, and user support.
• Maintain contracting procedures, playbooks, templates, and training materials; identify and implement opportunities for automation, process improvement, and stronger reporting.
• Provide responsive guidance to internal clients regarding contract requirements, approvals, policies, and process expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in contract management, contract administration, legal operations, procurement contracting, paralegal services, or a related field.
• Experience reviewing commercial agreements, coordinating cross-functional approvals, and managing multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with a CLM/CMS platform; system administration, implementation, migration, optimization, or reporting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, organization, project management, communication, and stakeholder-service skills.

Preferred

• Experience within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or highly regulated industries.
• Paralegal certification, NCMA certification, or related professional certification.

Travel

• 10% for occasional team and company meetings

This position is eligible for standard Company benefits including medical, dental, vision, time off and 401K, as well as participating in Mineralys incentive plans are contingent on achievement of personal and company performance. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.

US Salary Range: $135,000- $145,000
