Seven Hills Foundation seeks a dedicated caregiver-like role in Worcester, MA to empower individuals with disabilities through compassionate daily support. You will assist with dining, toileting, and transfers, ensuring comfort and dignity. Develop and lead individual and group activities to promote skills, independence, and community integration, while collaborating with clinicians on behavior plans.
